With the increase in cost of clay targets (and basically everything else) the price of skeet/trap/five stand tokens has increased by $0.50 to $8.00 per round for members.  The cost of sporting clays has also gone up by $0.05 per target to $0.45 per target.

Please remember to slow down to the point that you are not creating a big cloud of dust behind your vehicle as you come/go and drive on club property.  No one wants that dust in their eyes, on their guns or scopes/optics.  When it is dry and windy that might mean going slower than the posted 10 miles per hour.  Please be thoughtful of others, you can only gain a few extra seconds by going fast.

The board of directors has been working with a architect to consider an addition to the clubhouse/patio area. We hope to have more information and a few details by mid summer on this project.

Please remember that cease fire on the pistol/rifle bays and ranges is at sunset (currently about 5:40 pm). May not shoot pistols/rifles until the gates close which is after sunset. The gates stay open a short time after sunset as a courtesy to allow adequate time for members to load their gear and exit.  Members and their guest may not shoot until gates close, must stop at sunset as posted by national weather service for Corpus Christi.  All smart phones have the ability to display sunset for Corpus Christi.

Most of the pistol and rifle matches have registration at 9:30 am and hammer down at 10:00 am.  Set up for the Sunday matches starts at 3:00 pm on Saturday (back bays will close for set up of matches at 3:00 pm on Saturdays).  There is a match almost every Sunday, so expect the back bays to close at 3:00 pm almost every Saturday. Gate to match opens at 9:30 am.  Non members please wait in guest parking until 9:30 am.  Check our Facebook page for weather updates.  Matches use some or all of the competition bays (6-12).
