On Monday December 18, 2023 the club will be closed to all activities so our contractor can safely work the entrance road/driveway. They will be here early and work all day to work the road and finish with a topping of the the reclaimed asphalt that we stock piled. There is a chance the work could roll into Tuesday morning, we will update with another email and place on our Facebook page and our website news page as well. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We feel it is the safest option for all concerned and the final result will be a better road for us going forward. Closing the driveway is also required by our contractor to be able to complete the work is a safe and satisfactory manner to our requested standards.
We will have an employee at the driveway entrance by FM 763 to insure there is no un-intended traffic that could cause safety issues for members and/or our contractor.
